Pass The Panel (PTP) is DIG’s collaborative comic initiative, a living experiment in shared storytelling where artists build narratives one panel at a time. Each publication captures the energy of our live sessions, turning spontaneous ideas into finished books shaped by many hands and voices.
Every PTP volume reflects a different creative challenge: rotating panels, structured constraints, and evolving rules designed to push artists beyond their comfort zones while keeping the process playful and open.
These books are more than collections of comics, they are snapshots of a growing community, documenting how collaboration, experimentation, and trust between artists can transform a simple panel into a complete story
PTP Volume 01
Pass the Panel - Volume 1 is a groundbreaking comic book created by 33 talented artists in the UAE. This unique project was brought to life through three two-hour sketching sessions, resulting in a collective masterpiece. PTP Volume 02
Pass the Panel – Volume 2 pushes the collaborative experiment further, bringing together artists to explore new storytelling twists and structured challenges. Built around rotating pages and shared center panels, this volume presents multiple interpretations growing from the same starting point, proving how one idea can evolve into entirely different stories. Created through live DIG sessions, Volume 2 captures the energy, chaos, and creativity of a community learning to build narratives together, one panel at a time.
