Dungeon Draft

In this one-of-a-kind collaborative workshop, artists and writers come together to build the world of Ashfall Engine, a dark fantasy dungeon crawler that never existed… until now.

Each artist will draw a randomly assigned character—hero, monster, boss, NPC, or relic—within a shared, fictional world of ancient machines and fading souls. As the artwork takes shape live, writers respond in real time, crafting short lore entries, backstories, and narrative fragments inspired directly by what appears on the page.

There is no outline and no prewritten plot. The art leads. The story follows.

The session concludes with a group showcase, and all artworks and texts will be curated into a digital festival zine—designed as a playful game manual documenting a dungeon crawler born in a single sitting.
